This site manages lists of downloadable PDFs, amenities, photos of the project, plus descriptions and specifications for each condo.
Dialogs delivers the content management flexibility required by the site owner while giving our agency partner the design freedom they are known for.
Flash is used as graphic elements throughout the site, including the navigation, making the entire site experience enjoyable. A custom Flash model of the building helps prospects find the perfect condo by selecting a floor, then a unit on that floor, which reveals the specifications for that unit. Sales staff can tag units as sold, eliminating the need for ongoing edits to the Flash files.
Using the standard user management tools in Dialogs, this site has many different user privileges: our agency partner has access to design information, the property management has access to content and availability information, and the developer has admin priviledges. Prospective homebuyers are asked to submit extensive personal information that is logged securely in Dialogs.
Dialogs Professional Serivces provided extensive technical assistance to the implementation of this project. The website is hosted and maintained by DPS.
Tramell Crow’s residential development group needed a website to generate interest in their residential/retail real estate high-rise development in Austin, Texas. The site captures Austin’s hip, urban feel while thoroughly describing the many residential, retail, and office alternatives offered.
