Dialogs Feature: RSS

Any dialogs List (including the Pages List) can be configured to have an RSS feed. RSS feeds are comprised of three components:

  1. page.xml (or page.rss) that:
    • calls an rss structured list template in body
    • is set to use rss.tpl.inc.php page template
    • has this in head for FireFox: 
      <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS 2.0" href="http://www.domain.com/en/news_rss.xml" />
  2. list template (duplicate list_rss. and edit as needed)
  3. page template: rss.tpl.inc.php
