BACON has been a part of Fred's COOKING for a long time. He had never questioned the quality of his BACON. It seemed so basic. If you’re into COOKING, you somehow automatically know about BACON. Fred assumed that he knew all there was to know about BACON.
Fred recently took the time to question his knowledge by asking AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN if they knew anything special about COOKING BACON. Not surprisingly, they did. They are COOKING experts. They question everything, looking for ways to improve all aspects of COOKING. Fred learned that there is a better way to make BACON.
Here is the key: Fred didn’t ask HIS FRIENDS. Their BACON was no different than Fred's. He went to the experts, and now his BACON is outstanding, something he's proud to share with his GUESTS.
